CEE setzte im vergangenen Jahr den Ausbau ihres Erneuerbare-Energien-Portfolios konsequent fort: Das Gesamtinvestitionsvolumen der zum Bankhaus Lampe gehörenden Beteiligungsgesellschaft betrug zum 31.12.2011 rund 425 Millionen (Mio.) January 2012Hamburg-based investment company CEE acquires two more solar parks from Gehrlicher Solar:CEE is acquiring two new photovoltaic ground-mounted systems, continuing the consistent expansion of its solar portfolio. With this purchase, the total power capacity of the portfolio will increase to more than 70 megawatts. One of the new solar parks is located in Ebern in Lower Franconia, where CEE already operates a PV park, and the other in Rohr, in southern Thuringia. Both projects have been commissioned in December, 2011 and are close to completion. In Ebern a nominal capacity of about 7.1 megawatts of solar power will be supplied to the local grid and about 4.3 megawatts in Rohr. In the park in Ebern, First Solar modules have been used and in the Rohr park, Sunowe modules. Both parks have been equipped with Siemens inverters. The project developer, EPC contractor and technical lead operator for the new ground-mounted systems is Gehrlicher Solar AG. more |
13. Dezember 2011CEE erwirbt 9,2 Megawatt-Windpark von WindwärtsDie Hamburger Beteiligungsgesellschaft CEE (Conetwork Erneuerbare Energien Holding GmbH & Co. KGaA)setzt die erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit der hannoverschen Windwärts Energie GmbH fort: Die Gesellschaft übernimmt einen Bestandswindpark in Klein Lobke, Niedersachsen, und führt damit den zügigen Aufbau ihres Windpark-Portfolios konsequent fort. Der Windpark besteht aus vier Windenergieanlagen des Typs Enercon E70 mit Gesamthöhen von rund hundert Metern. Bei einer Nennleistung von jeweils 2,3 Megawatt werden die Windenergieanlagen jährlich rund 15 Millionen Kilowattstunden umweltfreundlichen Strom erzeugen. Dies entspricht dem jährlichen Stromverbrauch von rund 5.000 Privathaushalten. Windwärts Energie wird weiterhin für die technische Betriebsführung in Klein Lobke zuständig sein. Die kaufmännische Betriebsführung übernimmt die CEE Operations GmbH. Diese kümmert sich als neu gegründete Tochtergesellschaft um die operative Verwaltung des wachsenden CEE Kraftwerkportfolios. Der Windpark wurde 2009 errichtet und speist seitdem Strom in das örtliche Netz ein. Mit Klein Lobke erwirbt CEE 2011 bereits das dritte Windenergieprojekt von Windwärts. more |
